My Journey With Hypnosis and Fertility
When I was trying to conceive, I explored every possible avenue - including hypnosis.
At first, I tried a program that promised pregnancy if I just “believed enough.” Instead of relief, I felt guilt and pressure - I felt that if I wasn’t pregnant yet, I must not be positive enough.
Everything changed when I began using hypnosis not as a magic solution, but as a way to support my body through IVF - visualising each step of treatment with calm and confidence. On my second round, I conceived. Though I sadly miscarried, I fell pregnant naturally three months later while writing my own hypnosis MP3s - proof to me that mind-body alignment truly matters.

I’m Naomi Woolfson, founder of The Embrace Fertility Method®, and a mind-body fertility coach and therapist.

How Hypnosis Works
