We discussed the importance of holistic nutrition for fertility. Bethany explained that holistic nutrition is about finding what works for an individual's lifestyle, body type, and ailments, and nourishing the body with natural, unprocessed foods. She emphasised that food can be soulful, cultural, and medicinal, and that it's essential to add the right foods rather than restricting them. Bethany also highlighted the need for personalized approaches, as different factors such as endometriosis, PCOS, autoimmune thyroid conditions, and unexplained fertility can affect fertility. I share my personal experience of restricting my diet and how it affected my mental health and the importance of nourishing oneself emotionally and energetically.
