I invite you to take up the Embrace Fertility 5x6x7 Challenge. That’s 5 minutes of mindfulness, 6 days a week for 7 weeks. It takes 7 weeks to form a new habit and this is one I envisage you keeping for life. To help you get started I’ve recorded a 5 minute mindfulness meditation and created a poster entitled ’10 easy ways to bring mindfulness into your day’. You will receive both for free when you sign up to my mailing list, you can also opt to join our online support community to share your experiences.
